A well-equipped kitchen with dining area, reading corner, pantry and large balcony await you. Here you can enjoy the pure mountain view and the panorama of the Chiemgau mountains. 

In the living room you can relax on the cozy sofa, here is also a foldaway bed (140x200 cm). The fireplace can be heated on colder days.

The bathroom with window facing the forest is equipped with washbasin, shower and WC as well as underfloor heating. 

The cozy bedroom with double bed can be reached via 4 steps. There is space for a crib or extra bed.

Barbecuing in an outdoor lounge in front of the house is possible by prior arrangement.
